Nova Login Credentials

We have been trying to contact Nova for the credentials to enter the platform and try to test our application. We have not received answers for more that one week and the deadline is closing. Is there any chance we can get help on that regard?

    Hi Victor,

    According to my most updated list this morning, it looks like Verizon sent you the user agreement required before they'll share credentials on June 3rd. Check your inbox for this info. That's the first step, then once they receive it, they'll send you the credentials to log in.

    Quick follow up: I just requested they send it to you again, in case it was lost in the email shuffle. Keep an eye out for an email from Verizon.
